I love it
I love this thing. I’ve always struggled with form on deadlifts and hurt myself easily, especially with heavier weight. With this bar I’m able to lift heavier and even lift lighter and see better results as my form is better and much more consistent. Im actually targeting the muscles the exercise is designed to build.
