Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Stuhl. Ich kann meinen Rücken, Bauch und sogar meinen Bizeps mit einer Langhantel trainieren. Für den Preis absolut verwertbar. Ich würde es wieder kaufen und bereue es nicht.

Little time consuming to put together, but I really love it for strengthening my back!

it does everything i need it to after about a week of use. Back stretching and curls. Plenty of height adjustment. I’m 6’ 240. Just a couple of things though. Putting my knees over the top for sit ups won’t work for me because I can’t get my ankles hooked on the lower round pads. If the leg/ankle bracket stuck out another inch or two it would work. My calves are bigger than average so maybe that’s why. I don’t use it for that type of sit up but if needed I’ve found a work around. Great finish and pads. Hardware packaged on a card, all identified for easy access and assembly. The price was right. I’ve gotten several Vevor brand items and they’re all well made.

It's low priced, so you get a lot for the money. But the quality isn't there b/c it's low priced. It's on the small side too.

My only complaint is how long it took to put together. However, it works great and folds up well for easy storage.

Difficult to put together by one person because the erench tool is terrible, and the instructions could be better. You can't lie down on the bench to lift weights because it's way too short. Situps on this bench are very awkward and probably not doable for a lot of people. So the functions for all consumers are probably only the hyperextension, bicep curls, and maybe side bends. Pretty limited, and so the value for money is average or below average.
