I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the overall experience. The pole I received arrived damaged and was missing multiple pieces, making it impossible to use as intended. Even though I should have returned it immediately, I tried to give the seller the benefit of the doubt and spent my own money ordering a pole extender, hoping it would fix the problem. Unfortunately, it still didn’t work because the product itself was defective. I returned the pole on July 8th, and I still have not received my refund. It’s completely unacceptable that I’ve had to wait this long without any resolution or communication. Not only did I receive a damaged, incomplete product, but now I’m also left waiting for money that should have already been refunded. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I expected much better quality, accountability, and customer service. I would not recommend purchasing this product unless you’re willing to risk receiving damaged items and dealing with a long, stressful refund process.
