Fast , string , exceeded all exoectations . Dug 40 inches deep 15 inch square holes by drilling center and 4 cirners down . Drills to 3 foot deep 8 incges around in brown dirt in on 5 seconds or so . Maybe less .

This post hole digger is well worth the price. It has a lot of power enough to dig hard clay soil, but you need to have a good stable stand otherwise it will jerk you because of its power. I used the 10\" bit to dig 30\" deep. It is amazingly fast and easy to use. The best part is the Seller is extremely customer caring and took care of my problem very quickly.

Was a spur purchase to reduce hand digging sign post, made auger extention. Worked so well i am wondering why i had not bought one sooner. Buyi g was cheaper than renting from local rental store.

This auger was amazing. Right out the box just add 2 stroke gas and fired right up. Small amount of assembly was required but way less than expected. Best bang for your buck and very strong auger. Highly reccomend!

The post auger machine is very light weight. The auger bits themselves are a light guage sheet metal material. The shaft and connections are low quality and light duty. For another $32. I would get another Harbor freight earth auger, it's much better quality, and a real workhorse of a machine.

i just used it today. Tempermental starting up, continuous stalling out, and very low power on the engine/torque. I have soft but rocky soil and it should have cut through it but kept stopping at minor impediments. Finally gave up and hand dug the hole for my small Aspen tree. I have half dozen more saplings to go - and hope it gets better than this.

Garbage didn't work at all!!

I received the auger with one handle missing. I have reached out to the seller and asked if they would send the missing part or point me in the direction of how I can PURCHASE the missing part. I have had nothing but trouble with the people who are not wanting to help. They want pictures of what I need. How the blue hell can I get a picture of what DIDN’T arrive. I have given them the part number with a picture of the parts list from the site they gave me, but they want clearer pictures. It’s a damn screenshot of the part number and name from the provided link. I really want to use the item but in the condition it arrived it is unsafe.
