Have a 65 lb electric bike very very secure on the rack. Most carriers say it would be too heavy No worries it is very secure

This rack was just what I needed for my new e-bike. I’ve only had the rack a short time, but the quality appears high. One thing there are several confusing assembly steps that can be done wrong. If you have a full suspension or step through bike you will also need a tension bar.

The rubber connectors in my picture are the finicky bits on this rack: it's just hard to make them lock onto the frame's top tube. Other than that the rack is pretty solid and works well. It's basic and functional as long as you have a 2\" hitch.

Good bike rack, however... The vertical bar with the 2 hooks to stabilize the bikes is not good. It The hook doesn't rotate, so it doesn't for every bike. It also rubs the bike and has scratched it. I think I'm going to remove them. Also, when the rack is folded up and not in use, I cannot open the hatch.

Assembly instructions are lacking. Still haven't used the unit because the holes don't line up to install one of the pin.
