Didn't even last a year before it fell apart entirely after not much use. First the handles fell off and it was impossible to reattach those. Thenthe entire platen detached from the top handle. Absolute mess.

this particular heat press came in pieces and had to be fully assembled. at the 4th step, the instructions didn’t match the parts. took the company 5 days to respond with the proper instructions. they were great and answered questions daily. unfortunately i got this press because of Christmas orders that needed to be fulfilled and lost money due to this issue that could have been resolved with the correct instructions, OR somewhere to access the correct ones. the press works fine so far, not used the attachments, will update at that time.

Overall the heat press is easy to use; however, the cap accessory did not work. Vevor refunded a portion of what I paid. The price was affordable; moreover, we will purchase another brand heat press instead of Vevor.

This is heat press machine is not worth the money. The unit only worked for three and will not turn on. Don't waste your money and I can't even get my money back because of all the stipulations that Vevor put in place.

Everything it came with was good but the press itself was low budget effective. The pressure wasn’t good on what I expected. It heated up ok and everything. Easy to change out pieces and everything but just didn’t like the press or pressure itself.

Used this for the first time a couple weeks ago and it has a wiring issue that causes a constant error to occur making it almost unusable.

I am disappointed with the VEVOR heat press machine. Assembly was challenging due to unclear instructions, and the machine lacks sturdiness—it wobbles when I move the handle from side to side. Additionally, I had to partially disassemble it, as it wasn’t correctly assembled at the factory, and then figure out how to fit the remaining parts myself. I could not attach a picture because I couldn't get the picture smaller than 2MB and I took the pictures from my cell phone. Wasted money. This is why I buy from Amazon, it's easy and free returns.

The heat press stopped turning on after just 30 days, there is no phone number to call this company and they want pictures and videos of the equipment then it takes 24-48 hours to get back with me and I have orders to complete this is so inconvenient for me.

I cannot really give a honest review because I received my heat press late evening on 10/5. I unboxed it the next morning and to my surprise the control panel was broken off 😔. My guess is that it happened during the shipping process I’m not sure. But I am very disappointed. Contacted customer service and I’m waiting to hear back from them regarding what to do next.

The box was received with a sizable hole and some products parts were exposed I haven’t tested it yet will try to start it up and contact with more information
