Great and easy to use machine. The slush is very consistent and there are no clumps in the slush. Got many compliments about this machine. Cleaning is easy besides having to remove the spout in the front, haven't really tried doing that since its plastic. But overall, great machine that does what it supposed to do.

Loved the margarita machine! Bought it for my engagement party wanted a margarita bar. It was easy to use. Froze pretty quick, we kept refilling it all night with a homemade mixture. It was amazing! A party favorite. A few weeks later used it for slushies for my daughter's birthday party. Very multi purpose

It leaks all the time with no purpose and slushy inside also leaks and the flow out things are too delicate.

Machine has leaked both times I’ve used it. Compared to other machines I’ve used its ability to freeze and the length of time it takes is ridiculous.

I ordered this machine on Nov 28 and got a email shortly after saying it had been sent to FedEx with a tracking number. But when I went to Fed-Ex’s website they indicated they never received it. When I let you guys know they never received it. I was told you would look into it. You later informed me it was appears to have been lost and you would refund my sale. I asked if you can send another machine. I was told you could not do that and I would have to place another order. The problem with this is you are now advertising this machine for over $200 more. Why can I not get it for the amount my original order was for? This seams like a scam to get me to pay more for the machine. I probably won’t ever order from you guys again and won’t recommend buying from Vevor I’m very disappointed!

Not a good quality, Worked for less than a month, I tried to return or asked for replacement they told me to pay for shipping when it says it’s free return if it’s defective item.
