This is a very nice warmer.

I love this warmer

works great but when i opened it there was 2 small holes in one of the warmer pans

First of all this item was bought and paid for and I never received it. I made numerous attempts tryouts to find out why and where it was and received little to no help. Very disappointed in this I really needed this item.

Those product is not commercial. Would’ve been nice to know before purchasing that it could but be used in my restaurant e en tho it says professional in the description.

Have not received my item, there is no number to call, auto email says ticket is resolved but no information about when I get my item or where it is. I think they took my money and now I have to take this up with my bank

After using this for not even a month, it broke and does not turn on. Customer service taking way too long

I purchased VEVOR 6-Pan Commercial Food Warmer, 6 x 8QT Electric Steam Table and the item came defective. It was leakiing from the beginning when I contacted Customer Service they said that i should "patch welding or glass glue". Why do I have to fix something I purchased NEW. Vevor "technical staff" is useless, I requested an exchange or a refund for this defective item and received another email telling me to fix it. Will not be buying from them again, Do not reccomend, they do not help or care.
