Purchased the cord and expected delivery the next week. Vevor showed it was shipped to carrier but carrier showed they were waiting for package from vevor. Almost a month later and a cord from another seller I recieved a refund for the purchase. For the most part customer service was very cooperative, but one email tried to cancel the service ticket without resolving the problem. This was not the first time I have lost vevor cords with DHL and I have had them deliver to someone in a different zip code. No more vevor for me and I was able to get rid of all their cords except for 2.
