Unfortunately I breached the 30 day return policy but as I explained to Vevor customer service that the liner was still in the box and not used. I offered to pay for return shipping and purchase a larger liner as the one I wish to return is too small. They indicated that their strict return policy was non negotiable. They would not make an exception. This to me is an awful return policy and terrible customer service. I admit that this is my fault for ordering a liner thats to small for my pond. But In today's business practices Vevors return policy is good but I guess they expect everyone to be perfect without exception. This is an imperfect world we live in and I'm truly sorry I ever used Vevor. In closing Vevor liners are probably good but I guess I'll never find out. You could have done better Vevor as most companies have a 3 month return policy. Zero stars based on Vevor return policy.
