Like a train horn
I tried two different times to order a library cart. Ended up filing fraud charges. This company provided what I wanted in a timely manner. Cost a little more than previous two, but more reasonable than many others.I recommend unless you want one in mint condition. Thin foam doesn't protect shelves during shipping. Paint under shelves thin in many places. Dents and scrapes in places.Very sturdy, but takes time to assemble, especially when you do it alone.Since I use it for my 40 years of genealogy research, I am not bothered by fact it looks like it been used for a few years.

Excellent tool for any watch repairer beginner
Overall, it will serve its purpose to carry books. Delivery was extremely quick as it said it would take 3-4 weeks, but it took about 3 days. As for the cart itself, one of the locking wheels does not roll well, but does function. Not sure how long it will last. Yes, I checked, it is unlocked but still doesn't roll well. The bottom half of one of the shelves was poorly aligned for the welding and does not match up with the wholes for the mounting brackets. For me, this is not a problem, I used it on the bottom shelf and do not plan on putting much of a load on it anyway. I'll keep an eye on it and will update if it becomes a problem.

Ramp up!
I have to go from classroom to classroom, so this was ideal for me.I didn't have any difficulty putting this together myself. I know that some reviewers had trouble with things lining up, but that only occurred for me once. But with a little push, the screw went in nicely. The cart is easy to use and much better than lifting and carrying around boxes.

Versatile !
Assembly was tricky because the holes didn't want to necessarily line up but I got them to with the use of my mallet, and I love the results. I bought this to allow my historian husband to move his books from one room to another easily, but so far it's moved everything else. I have to remember the cautions I read in other reviews about not putting too much weight in this.hat I'm going to do later is put a strip of one by two under each shelf in the center on edge to strengthen each shelf a bit and I think that that will be just enough so that I never have to worry about it carrying pretty much anything. Except concrete blocks or small elephants. I will draw the line there.

was a little challenging to assemble
I wish it came in a different color, but it is sturdy and serves its purpose well

A few issues but I like it
It’s quite nice. I was slightly disappointed to see some paint flaking/bubbling and the holes on one side of the shelves were off-center, but it went together well enough. The wheels are great and lock/unlock easily. I like it and I’d recommend despite those minor issues.

A solid purchase for the cost
This is a solid cart, I’ve been using it and moving it around for two months now without issue. It’s very heavy, though obviously rollable, I just underestimated how heavy it would be. It was easy to assemble despite the fact that it came without instructions. It’s a good purchase for the cost.

Holes didn't line up.
Two of the holes did not line up with the frame. I had to drill them lager and use washers to attach the self to the frame. The bottom of the self is now scratched from the drill. I had to almost disassemble the cart to drill the shelf. It took me over an hour to fix the issues.Instructions were missing and the hex bolts are hard to install because they have very little clearance.UPDATE: Zhang from BestEquip responded to me and offered a generous partial refund. All is good now.The book cart is very strong and the casters are very heavy duty. I would give it 5 stars, but assembly is somewhat difficult because of the tight spaces for the hex head bolts that attach the shelves to the frame.
