The step rail arrived quickly and was well packaged. After having it installed, it is very sturdy and looks nice on the step leading into the house. It's easy to hold on to and adds that extra sense of security one sometimes needs. Overall, a very good product.

Easy to install but as a single post it would not stand up to much weight or pressure. Works fine to provide a stabilizing point and will be an interim measure until a more stable alternative is found

Easy to install. Should of gotten these years ago, especially before I had my bad fall.

Good quality for the money. Easy to install on wooden steps with screws purchased. Installed so a railing is on both sides of steps to help husband get down them.

Easy to set up and install! Compression bolts were cheap needed to go to Lowe’s to replace but everything else was very good as promised! Definitely looks well and is secure for grasping and up and down for steps! Definitely recommend for outdoor usage!

Almost perfect. Nice design, and solid. The freebee drill bit is not usable (no clearance on the grind edges). Please offer a real drill for maybe a nominal charge, you can get these cheaper than I can at Lowes or Home Depot. But, I would definitely order again if I needed one. So, all in all a good value. Customer service is top notch.

It worked out well except the anchor bolts that came with it are too flimsy. Bought better fasteners. All-in-all happy with the results.

Very secure, works great and looks nice on the steps. At first the height seemed off. But after some usage we discovered it's not. It's just fine.

Looks good, easy to install

This is an update to my earlier review.The unit itself is sturdy and a necessary addition to ensure safe usage of the steps in and out of our house. But, the unit was shipped without the necessary installation hardware. Without these, it was impossible to secure the handrail to the step or attach the upper handrail to the vertical section.I contacted the seller and asked for them to expedite the small package of installation parts to me ASAP. Their follow through was fast and thorough. After a couple of email exchanges, they quickly shipped me a replacement bag of screws and attachments.I was very please with the assistance I received. They were responsive and fixed the problem quickly.This was the second railing I ordered, both are a great safety addition to our home. Thanks for the support from the vendor, much appreciated. I highly recommend this product.
