POOR QUALITY BALLAST
My prior review gave this product 5 stars, I erred when Isubmitted it. It should have been one star. No manual or instructions and the ballasts only work for a short time.

No product information or instructions otherwise all material arrived intact. However the Ballasts do not work for more than 20 min. They sent replacements but are the same as originals and don't work either. Waitng to hear back so now it doesn't work.
