Very well built.
The rack is well built and solid, I did not have any issues with building this as other comments stated. The only issue I had was the shelves provided I had to flip upside down as they were too narrow for any of my equipment.

20U taller than described, probably all U heights the same difference...
For those having difficulty assembling this 4 post rack: Yes instructions could be better on a couple steps, but I'd guess you also have difficulty assembling most items overall anyways. Details are in the pictures on which way to assemble this 4 post open rack. Pay close attention to the pictures at the ends of the pieces, as they are shaped differently and if you note the position correctly, you won't have any issues at all. NOTE: Do not try to drill a hole with the electric drill you will need to use, once the threads are cut immediately stop when the head of the screw touches the metal. Items to note: 1) The height of whatever 4 post rack you are looking at does NOT include the wheels. I bought the 20U model which stated 38.7 inches, and with the wheels on comes in at just under 41 inches. 2) Weight capacity says 500lbs. No way this is even close. Instructions as another has shared clearly says 200lbs max. 3) You are going to need an electric drill with a #2 bit. I used a Milwaukee M12 1/4\" impact with a magnetic 4\" bit extension and it worked fine. Set on power setting 1. Not one thing can you use a regular screwdriver when installing this, except to mount the 2 included shelves at the end. So if you don't have an electric screwdriver I would recommend the Milwaukee M12 series or similar. 4) You don't get one of those thin flat cheap wrenches for putting on the wheels. If you want to put them on it's a 9/16 or 14mm open ended wrench. Snug is all you need for the wheels. 5) The first step is the most important one, if you intend on extending the depth for you 4 post open rack needs. Instructions mention, but not a lot of detail. I set mine at 32in deep, which leaves 9 open holes on each end as you assemble the depth rails on the first step. Adjust accordingly for your depth needs. 6) Also note, if you need the depth to be over the 23\" default depth, the top metal piece isn't going to cover the entire top. I put mine covering the front of the r

Adjustability and sturdy worked well for mu needs with a 2u plex build
Solid rack, and adjustable worked for my purpose for a home nas.plex build cart that i could move if needed. Can build with one person but takes a bit longer, once done its a nice looking cart and its solid.

Very affordable
It's a great value for the money. I installed this at my fire house and it was a bit deeper then I expected, I did cut it down with a band saw to fit my needs and it is sturdy and once again for the price it is great.

Solid Rack-Reasonable Price
I wanted a rack to mount many items that I use to integrate my home alarm system, home cameras and LAN distribution. This rack fit the bill perfectly. It went together easily and was very sturdy. I have seen similar racks for much more money, but this one is like the commercial models that I have seen in businesses. The only complaint is that there were only a few of the hardware to mount items to rack included. Fortunately I had enough to mount the shelves and a power distribution strip. With that caveat, I highly recommend this purchase.

A little time consuming to put together, the instructions are a little hard to follow but not as bad as most items similar. Once together works as intended and appears to be sturdy

Easy to put together. Sturdy
I read the review and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it set up (I am absolutely not handy). The directions must have gotten much better because it wasn’t challenging at all. Electric screwdriver is a must. Took me an hour.

15U, very happy wish that I would have gotten the 20U
First time trying a rack and I am very happy how it turned out. I love to tinker with electronics and was getting to the point that I had several desks covered in systems/parts. I purchased the 15U version and was able to get 6 computers and a DAS off my desks and placed on the rack. No issues with putting the rack together at all, just time consuming. Definitely get a drill, I used a dewalt 20V on torque setting 6 and I didn't strip any screws. The shelves can't really take alot of weight without bowing so I had to put my larger workstation on the top behind the monitor(Dell T30). I bought 2 extra full length shelves, only have 1 in the picture though. The wheels that come with the unit did not look like they would take the weight that I wanted to put in the rack so I bought new ones at my local farm store for a few bucks. Other reviews mention the max weight in the instructions differ from the stated one on the amazon page and mine said the same thing, I probably have 60 to 80lbs total loaded on the rack and it seems solid to me. The only thing I wish I would have done is bought the 20U or even a 24U if they make one, the unit is just a tad short for my barstool I use to sit comfortably and use the top workstation. I will be buying another one soon to finish clearing off my desks.
