Machines great tech support not so much
Machine works great once you figure out timing and consistency of the batter. However after misplacing a piece and trying to get help to replace the missing parts with very little help. I was forced to take a partial refund and will be looking for another company to purchase my next machine from.

Had a few parts laying in box, instructions could be better, doesn't come with plug, lucky my dad retired HVAC, after running numbers, it will drawl 25AMPS on 110V system, my entire house only ran for 20AMP, other than that, seems nice

DOES NOT COME WITH A PLUG
It’s important to know that this machine does not come with a plug. You have to be prepared to have an electrician finish wiring it.

Machine works beautifully
I've read a few bad reviews about this product...and it was almost enough to convince me to pass on the purchase. I'm glad I ignored them. First off, the instructions are for garbage. It helps if you already know how to make donuts. It's a simple design. It heats oil, has a hopper that drops dough into the hot oil, and a timer that flips the donuts. Pretty basic. We got the single row so we would not need to stand around and watch the donuts and prevent the dough from bumping into one another. Also, the machine needs to be wired for 30amp, single phase. Very happy with the machine, will probably purchase another this summer.

Great Little Machine for the Price
First time using an automatic donut machine, and there was a little bit of a learning curve, but I was able to get it figured out after a few tries and make nice consistent donuts. Instructions could have been clearer, but we were able to figure it out. We have only used the medium size so far, but I assume the other 2 would work just as well. A couple of things you might want to be aware of: 1. It does not come with a plug, so you will have to wire your own plug onto the cord. Not too hard to do, but I wasn't aware of it based on the description.j 2. It needs to be on its own circuit. It blew the breaker when we first turned it on because there were some other small things plugged in on the same circuit (not the same outlet), but once we moved it to a dedicated circuit it worked great. 3. The hopper needs to be pretty full of batter to get consistently sized donuts, so I don't recommend trying to test it with a small batch because you need enough dough to make it work correctly. 4. It holds a lot more oil than I initially realized. I didn't see anywhere in the instructions where it mentioned capacity, but you will need to have at least 2 gallons of oil.

Worked better than the larger machine for us!
For an inexpensive doughnut robot it worked better than I expected. Yes, there is a little learning curve with any donut machine, mostly getting the batter mixing temperature correct/moisture right. This didn't come with a plug but we were able to get a 30 amp plug and wire it in so we could plug it into a generator to run it from our concessions trailer. It does pull a lot of juice and occasionally trips the generator and shuts it off but otherwise works pretty well. We averaged about a donut a minute once it gets going if that helps on production time for those of you figuring out how many it makes. If you're trying to decide on machines, we ordered the larger double row machine first and discovered the larger one needs a 50 amp 120 plug which isn't common in the USA. It needs to be direct wired which wasn't an option for us. Lenovo was nice and gave us $100 refund on the large machine when we contacted them but they wouldn't take it back so if you're trying to decide and power is an issue go with the smaller one (this one), if you need a double row maybe get 2 of these instead. This 1 row donut machine does tip them out of the oil automatically when they get to the end. It worked great for the price!
