Very sturdy, glides smoothly, works perfectly for my application

I used these slides to build a truck bed storage cabinet.

Used to build a sliding sink / toilet module in a van. Very sturdy, no play.

I used the Product to mount a cooler in a basement compartment of my motorhome. I really like the Locking option so it can't move when driving. The Cooler with Drinks weighs around 120lbs , So it is light for what these are rated for but work Great and don't move or flex.
