This is a great little ice machine. It produces ice quickly. For the price much better than the you fill counter top machines. You need a water supply and drain to properly use this machine. If you’re not immediately using the ice you’ll need an ice pick as the ice will start melting in the reservoir. I would recommend this to anyone that has a home bar, or kids the go thru a lot of ice.

With the cost of ice going up it made sense to get a machine. It has been wonderful to know I don't have to stop on my way home to buy ice!

Item arrived on time and damage free. Well packaged in a double box. Quality build. Although the bin only holds 17-18lbs of ice. After testing the timer settings for days,

It makes a great amount of ice. We never run out for our family of 7. We love cold ice water. We even needed a cooler of ice for cold water and lunch meat. I took some (about 3-5 lbs maybe) out ahead of time and out into a container and stuck it in the freezer. We wanted the water line to go from under our cabinet, so we needed to drill a hole in the corner of our sink and buy the little black ring thing from our hardware store. Then, the filter didn’t say how it worked or how long, so we opted to buy our own filter, that way we knew how to replace it and when. The filter that came with the ice maker was stuck to the tubing and we would not have been able to take it off.

This product is excellent a tremendous bang for the buck, I would recommend it to anybody. I would have four if I had a bigger sistem…,,,

We have this ice maker in our pool house. The instructions were written by some one in China that can speak English. The instruction manual is hard to decipher due to this reason. So far, the functionality has been just as described. The part of the unit that holds the ice, once it has made, is insulated fairly well and holds the ice for a longer period than i orginally thought it would. We have a small refridgorator with a freezer beside it to store the ice after it is made.

Easy set up. Simple. Perfect size. Makes ice super fast. Downfall like all ice makers, it's not a freezer so the ice does melt. But makes ice fast so not a problem. Another fault is it makes so mich ice, when it melts it melts out the door. They need to raise the door so when the ice melts it stays in the tub. We use it for our business and it's perfect.
