Item is good quality.Our kids were questionable as to "what is this dad" {LOL}As today's kiddos are more into high tech gatchets and special effects stuff.This ground them and after we showed them what it is about, they totallyenjoyed and continue to create goodies from Christmas ornaments + itemsfor or their pals/buddies/family .. .From Valentines to Saint Patrick's Daydecorations, trinkets + craftsalong with wall art and mementos to give away totheir friends, family and classmates.So refreshing to spend time doing old school crafts together :)Would recommend to anyone wanting to do something together withtheir kiddos that is relatively inexpensive, fun and safewith no high tech involved - just unplug when done and no worries!

This is much better than the ones the craft stores sell. It doesn’t take as long to burn the wood. It’s a few steps above the less expensive ones but I would think there are ones that get even hotter.

At first I was skeptical about the product but when I used it I was glad I made the purchase. It comes w two pens to where I don’t have to keep switching off the tip for my designs. It also heats up quickly and I don’t have to stop between strokes for it to heat back up again.

Bought this for our 17 year old son. He used it with ease and it’s really nice looking. Working perfectly so far!! He is practicing burning really cool pictures on a variety of wood

So far so good, but the tool rest is common plastic, is not designed well, and melts if the tip touches it in any way. True Bakelite (which was probably ONCE used before someone cheaped out) would not do this.

Game changer for me, Love this and can't wait to start doing big projects. Works just as the description says, no complaints. I'm so glad I got this. Awesome product! LOVE!

The wood burner was everything we expected. Sturdy construction, variable heat settings, and quality pens. High heat temperatures make the burning process very smooth.

Took a little getting practice on some scrap wood, ended up with great results for burning my signature on wood. I am VERY pleased with my first project and the thermostat is useful for various materials.
