There are really no instructions to go along with this machine. So once we lined up the detents on the blade with the spindle, it worked like a charm. We fist did peeled lemon halves, then unpeeled lemon halves. The juice was as good as hand juicing in a fraction of the time and effort. The motor did not even slow with the unpeeled lemon half, and most of the skin and other fibers were separated from the juice. I think we could juice a crate of lemons in 15 minutes with this thing.When we dropped the lemon halves down the chute, they wanted to pop out. So quickly inserting the pusher is essential.
