So far ,so good about 7 days in on the new ice machine,seems to be working great. Packing was good but was roughed up during shipping, the bin will come several days after the ice machine unit , be prepared to wait for it . Let's give it a year or two and see how it holds up. C.A.G.

Machine is really good. Makes all the ice needed to keep up with our business. How ever it doesn't come with a detailed owner's manual. The manual you get in a pdf isn't great either. No step by step operation for troubleshooting, cleaning routine maintenance. They really should improve on this. Otherwise would buy it again.

The ice machine head arrived in about 3 days, the bin arrived one week later. It works great and makes a ton of ice. The only negative I have is the plastic fittings that come with it. I went to Home Depot and bought brass fittings to get a more reliable connection.

Great product works perfectly I would recommend you to others people also I’m thinking about purchasing another one in a couple of weeks. Great products love my icemaker. Thank you.

Ice machine is working wonderfully, once we figured out the kinks. We went through 2 days of trial and error as there were no warnings or labels showing that we needed to look for shipping tape and packing styrofoam up inside the mechanisms. After countless hours of back and forth with customer service, because it would not make ice after the instructions only say to "plug and use", they advised to unscrew the top half door and video what was going on. Once we got inside it, we realized the mechanisms were taped together "for shipping", but would have never known to look for this otherwise.
