Chainsaw mill
I haven't used it yet, but it looks to be easy to use. Well built, but I did put lock washers on the main bolts to make it a little sturdier.

The rail guide is easy to assemble. Because it comes in three pieces I can use two for shorter logs, this is convenient because I work by myself and the size of the logs I can handle is limited. I found that adding screws of different lengths helps to adjust if the shape of the log does not allow the attachment points to sit directly on the log. I have seen guys use an aluminum ladder as a guide but then there is no flexibility. This unit can be dismantled for storage or carrying in my car.

Works well
After milling multiple times, this chainsaw mill worked as expected. It has been creating consistent thicknesses without any twisting of the cutting edges. It is solid and stable when using it for large 24" wide boards. The only drawbacks are that I had to put lock washers on all the nuts to keep the saw vibration from rattling them loose, and the setup can take awhile overall. This is excellent for someone that doesn't want to spend thousands on a huge piece of equipment, easy to store, and seemingly very durable.

Simple to set up
Has great versatility for all chainsaws 14" to 24" - will probably buy the bigger version as I scale up.

Assembly was rough due to poor welds
Difficult assembly due to sparse instructions and bolts not long enough to cap with a nut on the bottom of the rig, possibly due to bad welds on the threaded nuts. I had to get longer bolts finally.

love it
love this mill, glad I was able to find it here and at a reasonable price, too. Have been having so much fun with this. Making siding because I'm able to cut boards as thin as 1/2 inch and beams up to 10-12". It's also very safe to use. I'm disabled and unsteady and I don't have to worry about getting hurt.

Nice
This is the exact same thing I see advertised by other companies so find whoever is selling it cheapest lol.Pretty easy to assemble as it came with a chainsaw wrench and a small crescent wrench and that's all that is needed for assembly. The tools were in a nice zippered bag along with an unexpected pair of 100% pure Chinesium work gloves. I don't expect they'll last long but who knows, they fit great and allow more dexterity than my trusty dusty stinky leather work gloves.I knocked a star off because the "parts list and assembly instructions" were just an exploded parts diagram. It wasn't difficult to assemble but a modicum of instruction would have saved me some time. I suggest assembling the "upright" assemblies first, ensuring the welded-on nuts on the bottom pieces are pointing down. Then add the crosspiece (with the handle) next and then the other cross pieces, and then attach the "uprights" to the cross pieces. Those instructions alone would have save me about 10 minutes.Another reason for knocking a star is it came with absolutely no operating instructions or guidelines. That's not a big deal these days with instructional videos everywhere but I expected some guidelines or warnings at minimum.
