The pipe stand and chain vise were solid and stable and worked perfectly for our demanding forensic pipe analysis. Exceeded my expectations.

For a two week project using daily, this preformed just like a Rigid one we use in the plants all the time - and it was 1/3 the price. It will be around a lot longer than I will and hopefully whoever ends up with it, will know how to use it - or even what it's used for.

The only complaint I can have is that the small chain to hold the legs together when folded up got caught in the hinge portion of the tray and ripped off. But that is a small gripe. Otherwise it performs like any tripod pipe vise of this style should.

The tripod is a great product. You will have to replace the piins holding the legs together. Also a pin where you tighten the chain. Other than that it works well and so far it holds the weight they promised

Great stand for the price, it did everything needed it too. Threaded pipe for propane line in my 42x60 shop, from tank up wall and across the ceiling to both heaters

This vise has worked as well as the name brand ones that I have worked with.

Nice unit. Reasonably heavy duty. I did have to deburr the flashing on the conduit bender holes to use that feature. Different clips to secure the pins in the legs would be better.

Has helped us tremendously on a very big job. Would recommend to everyone. We are currently using them to solder and braze pipe.

This tripod stand has been very handy for use in the field for my geotechnical drilling work. The legs fold up so that I can store it in my small pickup truck with my other tools and buckets. The chain locking mechanism is easy to operate and it holds my sampling tubes so that I can thread and unthread them. The stand is heavy duty and has slots for my hammer, wrench and other tools. This was a very reasonable price and is of good, durable quality.
