Worth the money.
I’m still adjusting it, but so far I’m happy. I didn’t but to get nothing specific done, so I’m ok making it the target of adjustments and improvements.

So far so good
I bought this lathe to replace an almost identical lathe (different badge name) that I smoked the motor on. This one has a few improvements, such as mettle knobs and mettle feed change gears. So far it is doing good. I've made some precise parts and have pushed it to the limits of it's capacity in both length and diameter, working with aluminum mostly.

Pleased with what I received
Arrived in great condition, includes many extras, and the best price I could find at the time. I'm not experienced with lathes, but I'm satisfied that I received the product in the best condition that it would ever have been. I turned it on, sounded smooth, no bad sounds. That's all I've done with it so far.

Came in a wood crate.
All looks well when I cracked it open and not one thing is broken or missing. Just no one cares what side is up. But it was a snug fit in the all wood box that it came in. That’s a plus in its self. Not many people ship things that way when they are big an heavy like this is. It came two days earlier then needed so I can’t wait to set up and try it out. I make custom stuff so this will be a big help to me.

Vevor lathe 7x14
I can’t believe the accuracy on this machine! When I set it up I checked it I thought my dial indicator was damaged runout was within .001 the only part that was off was the tail stock which was easy to adjust. The machine runs quiet and smooth. It really is a great little lathe.

Easy to set up and use
I’ve. Never owned or worked with a lathe before, never even read directions on how to use it yet my first project was this simple threaded pipe I made out of a piece of aluminum 1” stock pipe.I think this is going to be useful for a number of things. I actually got it to machine my Rzr valves down but I got in a hurry and used my belt sander because the machine was still in the mail. I took an old valve to practice cutting it and the lathe did an outstanding job. Don’t forget to get some cutting oil and some cutting dies, also pick up some drill bits, a drill chuck for the tail stock and a pipe cutting bit, also a good tap and die set. On the lighter side….whoever was in charge of quality control making the speed control sticker must have been on vacation! By the way. The first review of the guy that had the video that said it was a piece of junk because it wouldn’t turn on made me laugh! The clear plastic guard was up in the video and it will never start in that position! Lmao!!! Cover the threaded bar the best you can as the metal shavings are susceptible to getting through the gaps and shorting out the motherboard!!

great mini lathe w/caveat
received mine with broken welds on motor cover, stripped screw on rear shield, and one bent handle and one missing handle...both were going to be the first things i make anyway so it is no big deal...as far as the rest all are aligned properly and adjusted correctly. Now I just have to repeat it once i get it all cleaned up. Would i recommend someone to buy this lathe....YES

Journeyman tool & diemaker says it's worth the money
Sure, it's not a Hardinge, but for the money it can't be beaten. It's a little wobbly and it can't take heavy cuts, but if you use your head, it'll do what it should.
