It would make it a fully excellent product if it had a third size option that was smaller than 1 cm definitely would buy that.

This makes it so much easier to make cheese slices for snacks, as well as soft fruits. I would love to be able to get an attachment that makes even thinner slices, but th two size attachments are great!

Yes this is an amazing cheese slicer that turns blocks of cheese into slices, sticks, or cubes in under a minute. Absolutely is paying for itself quickly as we like cheese and are happy not to pay the extra fees for sliced or diced.Let’s talk secrets.Want thinner slices, no problem. Slice a block, move the block over a tad and slice again. Thin slices.Sticks - Slice once, turn the block of cheese 90 degrees but still aligned with the original cut and slice again.Cubes - Cut once. Turn 90 degrees and cut again. Turn 90 degrees once more and cut. Now you have great cheese cubes for a snack bag or charcuterie board.Cleaning - In the instructions it warns agains soap that is high acid as that will turn the aluminum black. Brush the unit with the included (or bigger) brush while the cheese crumbs are still fresh. Run it under water or clean with a mild soap and you are good to go.
