I wasn’t sure that an Italian slushy machine would be better than a Chinese slushy machine but the reviews were there so I paid the extra cash for the Italian version.It arrived in time for my Siete de Mayo party, which was fantastic. The packaging was sturdy although you need to keep it in case you need to sent the machine back for servicing. But I just set the wooden crate on a moving dolly with a Mexican table cloth on top, and put the slushy machine on top of that. It’s not perfect but it’s adequate.The unit is noisy. It wouldn’t be great inside your house. Outside is fine. But more noisy than I expected. Not a deal breaker.

It makes slushies, can be used as a cold drink, has manual book and settings are pretty easy.

The machine paired great with a Vevor stainless stand. It operated well - we needed to adjust the temperature to get our recipe to slush. Once we had it set, it operated beautifully.... Easy to clean. One tip is to use food-grade lubricant on the edge of the hopper. This allowed us to easily place the hoppers back into the gasket.

We bought our machine in Oct 2020- Because of covid shutdown, & waiting for electrician , we finally got it installed & running on June 18, 2021. The light on the machine quit in Oct 2021, & in Jan of 2022, the machine will not even turn on. So it worked for approximately 7 months. To say im disappointed is a understatement. With small businesses trying to survive, this is just another hard hit. Trying to talk to a person or get anything resolved is a nightmare. I woul NOT recommend purchasing this product!
