Worked basicly out of the box. Cutters that come with it are trash however, youll want to get new ones.

The button maker arrived quickly and works very well. I would have preferred to receive all metal button backs but other than that I have no complaints about the product. I ordered an extra pack of metal buttons since I needed to make approximately 100 buttons for a school project. I watched an online video on how to use it properly and only wasted two buttons in the learning process. I recommend this project if you are looking for an easy to use, sturdy button maker.

Great it works really well

This button maker isn't heavy duty, but it's perfect for my smaller projects. Great price, especially for all the parts that are included. I might upgrade to better button backs, but it works fine for the projects that I have currently. I have a mat which is used for cutting fabric with a round cutting blade. I use the mat underneath the paper that I'm cutting out and it works perfectly with no danger of cutting through to a table. Yes, I would recommend this item.

Seems like an excellent machine. Well built and solid design. Mine didn’t come with the 58mm film circles, so I am unable to try it. Appears to have everything other than, but I must wait for the circles I had to order from someone else.

My Wife can't get enough out of her button maker. She and her friends all happen to have backpacks that they use when visiting each other's homes. They don't really need purses, as they visit each other with everything from a Switch to books in tow. But they all like to adorn their backpacks with different buttons that they gift each other. My Wife didn't realize that she could just be making custom buttons for herself and her friends. She got the hang of using this pretty quickly. And was very happy at all the custom buttons that she was able to make and gift.

I love that this was a preassembled machine. The machine is easy to use. I have been making buttons for years using a big heavy, much more expensive machines from someone else. This tool has all of them beat.
