Great Stuffer
I've stuffed a couple hundred #s so far of burger and sausage. The unit works smooth and effortlessly. The hands free is great. The only reason I rated it a 4 was it's a little tougher to get cleaned than other models Ive had in the past , plus I wish there was a parts list sent with the unit in case something would go wrong. Overall, I'm very pleased.

15L Sausage Stuffer
I have had my 15L for a year. Lots of power and very fast. Made hundreds of pounds of link and snack sticks. As far as the seal鈥?.still on the first one. Make sure it is installed correctly and put a little vegetable oil inside cylinder and on seal.

10l 25lb Electric Commerical Sausage Stuffer Stainless Dual Speed Price
Price was fair for a smaller commercial piece of equipment. Works as advertised, great for those big jobs. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was it was delivered damaged. It took multiple communications to finally get it replaced. No issues so far with the replacement.

check for sharp edges
it worked great just what we were looking for tho only problem that we had with our machine was the sharp edges on the machine it self after a few cuts on the hands and the work was done my husband had to file a few sharp spots off to clean up the sharp edges if we had know a head of the work we would of saved on band aids

first impressions
recieved yesterday .very quick delivery from seller (3-4 days). boxed in crate to protect from damgage.haven't had a chance to use yet.seems to be built pretty well.came with stuffer and motor with variable speed control knob,5 stainless stuffing tubes, two extra gaskets, and foot pedal with long cord.aprox 6 foot or more. plenty of length to get to the floor. very smooth plunging when trying out.put switch to up position and plunger goes up automatically.remember, its not a brand name but if your looking for a home stuffer for your venison processing or homemade sausages and snack sticks, this will be more than enough and a lot easier than using stuffing tubes on your grinder.one person operation. cant wait to use it.will review again once I do.

It does stuff the sausage easier than a hand crank machine.
Pros and cons with this one. Some the cons are stupid stuff they should have just did better. The good: First and foremost, it does the job it was made to do very well. It holds 25 lbs of sausage, which is important because recipes usually scale in increments of 5 lbs. Works well. MOST of the machine is easy to clean (see cons for cleaning comment). All of this is why I gave it four stars. The bad (this is why I didn't give it 5 stars): Foot switch cord too short, literally does not reach the floor from a low table (easily rectified, but really, you couldn't make it 2 feet longer?). On cleaning, you cannot unscrew the disc from the shaft, so you wind up needing to place the entire appliance in the sink - and if you don't have a large sink, that's a problem. The controls are not completely intuitive, and even after a lot of experience with it I still find myself in trial and error mode on what makes it go up and what makes it go down. Also there are several on/off switches - a master switch, a switch for the motor controller, and a direction switch that has a "neutral" (off) position. The down speed to acceptably adjustable, but touchy, i.e., a small amount of movement is a big speed difference. I wish the UP speed was faster. I worry that if power failed (or switch, or motor...), there is no way to manually reverse the machine to empty whatever meat is in it.
