The heat-shrink machine that I need is to cover 1-gallon plastics, so I order this machine because the advertising machine is 17.7 x 13.8 in, and it should be perfect to use and sell my gallons wholesale.
The problem is that I received the machine but with a different size that 17.7 x 13.8 in, and the machine acquired is like 17.7 x 10.8 inches (actually, when I measured the machine, they were 17.7 x 9.8 inches) and is what they initially sell. So I communicated with the customer service where I was sent to the support team; they said they refunded us if we sent the machine. But in that case, I feel like I lost my time and money because they gave the wrong information, and I found it illegal because it is false and misleading advertising. Then on the day that I received the machine, I also found that it was damaged to the top of the machine, so I talked with them that I couldn't accept that so they offered the 10% or $200 of the machine and I could resell it, but so I will need to repair it and it will cost me more than that because I can't sell it with that details and also I don't dedicate to sell machines.
So, now I feel scammed, and I recommend other buyers take care of those web pages and businesses because I don't know how many people get caught with that false advertising.
I posted the review again because it seems that it was deleted; I expect that was an error.
