I found a site with good installation instructions and diagrams located at: https://www.moparpartsgiant.com/resources/installation/MPG/18_82215724.pdf While this a Ram branded product it looks to be almost or exactly the same as the Vevor model, this will help tons! Ovell this is a quality product but as ageed with most others, no instructions at all and poor diarams and no online videos from or for Vevor. Also, better off to use a higher grade quality hardware that what is included. Vevor tech support is poor but you shouldnt need thier "help".

Very happy, fast delivery, only complaint was that the directions were very vague and had to search the internet especially for the drill and tap size and what to do with the tie down straps.

The bed extender was well packed. It took a while to take all the pieces out of the packaging. The instructions showed pictures on how to assemble the bed extender but no written instructions. There were no instructions or pictures on how to install the hardware to the truck to mount the bed extender. I have good knowledge as a mechanic and figured it out. You do need an 10mm-1.50 Tap & 8.5mm drill. Amazon sells them for like $8.00. I put all of parts together and put the brackets on the extender, then got in the truck bed with blue painters tape and put tape where the brackets should go. I pulled the brackets to the tape and lined them up and made marks on the painters tape. I measured the bracket boult position and marked it on the tape. I used a punch to mark the hole then drilled a hole on both sides. I then used the tap to make threads in the hole. I attached the bracket with a hex wrench I had since the included one fit nothing. I have a bed liner so I had to adjust the position of the extenders hardware bracket but it came out fine. I may drill another hole in each bracket later and put in one of the spare mounting bolts in each bracket but would need to remove the two screws that hold in the tail light to get access to put a lock washer and a nut on the bolt which is very easy but not necessary. I believe it would make it a very solid mounted bracket since the bracket has only one bolt holding it on. It was shipped really quick. I would purchase it again since I know how to install it now. Be careful to get the correct bracket on the correct side. Easy to figure out but no instructions so take your time.

I needed a bed extender in my Titan as it has a short bed. I was able to install this bed extender just fine. It was not a straight up install on the Titan. The brackets were different than I expected but still usable. I had to drill one hole on each side but I had to gage the drill size to get the correct hole size and TAP to make threads (If you had a test piece of metal or wood to get the proper drill and tap size, I would recommend doing that). I do not believe I could put a nut on the boults as I believe they were self threading but I did still have to use the correct drill bit and tap to make threads. If I ever have any issue with the bracket, I will consider trying a locking nut on the end of those bolts. I removed my tail lights, just to insure I would not drill through any existing wires but there were none (It was an easy task). If I lock my tailgate, the extender can not be removed so no worries that someone will take it in a parking lot. It pivots very easily from the inside of the bed to the back on the tailgate and is very easy to remove it the tailgate is down if you do not need it. You can hang it in your garage until you needed it since it is so easy to connect it back to the brackets. I would purchase again.

Instructions are confusing, but the one the link here is better. Mine also came with a few scratches, nothing big, fixed it myself. Love the look on my titan xd, you can adjust it and it fit perfectly. You have to drill holes on the bed to install it, which was a little hard, but doable. I added a "titan" decal to it and it looks awesome. For the price, its really good. I found it cheaper on ebay months later.

Bed extender was quickly shipped and arrived in o.k. shape. I installed it in a 2019 Ford Ranger so I had to cut the center bars to get it to fit. A simple procedure, determine width installed, assemble one bar, measure, disasemble, cut off the difference. Final assembly. Fits just right now.

Price was great, quality is good. The paint was not the smoothest, but it's for holding gear in place. I had to modify it to fit my truck by cutting it down 4" and re drilling holes for the brackets, the directions are IKEA "quality". The screws to clamp the end pieces together needed to be replaced as the nuts wouldn't thread onto the screws First real test of lumber resting on it the product did well

Product was fairly easy to install, however you will have to remove the tailights and drill into the truck bed to install. It is sturdy and looks good. Definitly a must have if you have a 5ft bed and plan on using it.
