I'm impressed! It's very powerful and well built. It is very similar to the Hoover backpack vacuum of the same style. It performs very well and is quite comfortable (I'm a big guy so the belt could use a couple of inches added to it, but the shoulder straps are comfortable enough that I don't need the belt). The wand isn't super high quality and the head is a bit narrow, but it seems good enough so far and I actually like the slightly smaller size for detailed work. It is great for cleaning overhead areas like ceilings and walls. Even if I need to upgrade the handle it's still well worth the price. If you do a lot of light duty janitorial it is great.

Sucks up everything close to what your trying to clean. Tremendous power a cord that wraps. Around the house with is great, saves time looking for outlets in each room. Easy to clean filter, and heavy duty shoulder straps. Great product

The only problem that I have and see is the hose to lid connection plus the hose to attachment end …… The hose to lid connection should be threaded with a neoprene o ring seal and the hose to attachments end should be longer so that it does not work it’s way out of the attachment.

Nice light weight backpack vac with enough suction power, able to clean stairwell of 2 3 family houses without loosing power or bag getting full. Also nice long cord to reach other floors

I bought this unit to clean the tops of large industrial heating boilers while standing on a ladder. The Ford Motor Company could not afford to buy me a back pack vacuum. I was impressed with the design and ease of use, however, it is not a heavy duty unit. I figure if it got me through this task that would be good enough. The vacuum is powerful. I liked the clear tank cover allowing you to see how full the tank is. The integrated bag and fine filter function exceptionally well. On the minus side, when stretching to far the shoulder strap broke. My fault. I was able to knot the strap in the frame and it still works well. I think I stepped on the cord while it was over the hose and somehow managed to pull the hose out of the fixture locating it to the top of the tank. My fault. I fixed it with duct tape. All in all a positive experience and review. Lets give it 8 stars out of 10.

It’s actually a very good vacuum all around. Not cheaply made and I definitely recommend this to anyone who’s starting a cleaning business

I own a commercial cleaning company and I have recommended this unit to other businesses as well. I own 6 vacuums and they are extremely durable. The only problem I have ever had is a button coming off the silver sliding extension tube. Would definitely recommend this for everyday use and the vacuum is rough and tough!

I have my own commercial cleaning company. I’ve tried EVERYTHING to get the dyson power in a backpack vac for a decent price becUse I go threw a ton of vacs. This is by far the best backpack vac. This is QUALITY made the plastic is thick and it’s actually REAL metal for the stick. Not just painted plastic like most vacs. It can take a beating. It has no problem picking up rock salt and even pet hair. Easy to carry around and maneuver with ease. Please don’t hesitate with this purchase. Its a MUST BUY!!

I love that it’s light and has many different attachments. And being able to carry in my back, makes it feel even lighter. It’s an awesome vacuum for vacuuming stairs (and everything, really!) as you don’t have to carry it in your hands. I nicknamed it ghostbuster and I can easily annihilate any dirt in my way! For professional use OR not! Awesome!

I own a commercial cleaning service and this product has been amazing for me so far! The suction is great, and it works best on low profile carpets and hard floors. The brush attachment leaves a little to be desired, but don't let that be the determining factor for buying this vacuum. It has done an excellent job at trapping even the finest dust, and the whole system seems very well built for the price that you pay. If you're looking into buying a backpack vacuum, you should definitely start here!
