For those who don't know what \"12/12\" or \"6/12\" sizing means, let me explain. These numbers refer to the pitch, or steepness of your roof. Roof pitch is determined by measuring horizontally (and level) 12\" out from your roofing, and then measuring vertically down to your roofing at that point. If you measure down 6\", it is a 6/12 roof pitch, if you measure down 12' to the roofing, it is a 12/12 roof pitch (12/12 = 45 degree angle). This can vary anywhere from 4/12 to 16/12 usually. The easiest way to find your roof pitch, is to put a mark 12\" from the end of your 2' or 4' level, then lay the end of your level on the roof (with it level) and measure vertically down to your roof at the 12\" mark. That will be the first # of your roof pitch, followed by 12. I have 40yrs experience in construction/building, and I truly hope this helps somebody. Good luck!

Didn't understand the addition of self drilling sheetmetal screws though...didn't use them.

Wow, this thing is legit! Much thicker and heavy than expected, quality paint too.

I replaced the supplied screws with galvanized screws.

Product is well made. Chose not to use the supplied bolts due to color. Would buy again

It was used to sturdy up the ends and the bonus is how nice it looks!

Could not find the right fit so I had to custom make some adjustments and it fits very nice now. I’m very happy with the product.
