Makes crystal clean ice. Perfect for entertaining. It stated that the bin would hold 44lbs but actually hold 33 lbs. No biggie for me. I would recommend this product to my friends and family.

The manual doesn't match the actual machine. Took a while to figure it out. Using in a small cafe. May purchase a second for busy weekends.

Product works well. It makes Ice very quickly. I had some concerns with the ice and how the ice was made, but customer service responded very quickly to resolve the issue and answer all of my questions!
