Prices are very reasonable. Perfect for small-size restaurants.

Works well, except for the fact that the ice does not break into pieces when emptied into the bin by the machine, stays as a big block of cubes, so it has to be broken apart by a metal scooper, which can be a pain when you just want some ice now.

Product works as expected. No issues so far. Only complaint us that this company doesnt make a bigger size. We could use it for prices like this.

We’ve had this ice machine for 18 months and couldn’t be happier. But it is loud for the first initial dumps of ice. If you’re close by it will startle you! But as far as making ice, it is fast. Plus the ice bin is insulated so well, it keeps ice for a while.

Works great so far. Package came within a week of ordering. Delivery came in 2 shipments that were packed nicely. It was easy to install and came with all the necessary parts. Only downside was the flimsy water filter. I’m not sure if it will last hanging on my wall. Once the machine gets rolling the bin fills up fast and produces ice in less than 16 minutes. The cubes are good size and very clear. Not as quiet as the machine I had before but the fan is pretty powerful.
