Very good cable. I would say as good as heat trace, raychem, and other commercial cables. Don't buy those expensive cables. We stopped buying cables by the roll and buy these now and just splice them if needed.

I haven't had any problems with this product it was easy to install now going to see how much it raises the electric to operate and will add that in my next comment

This is working as described and was easy to install. Keep the gutters from freezing up like they were. May purchase more

this product is working great for thawing the eaves on the house. We had a huge amount of snow and everything was frozen with a lot of ice built up. Put these on and it melted down into the eaves and it all started thawing and now we have no more problems with ice backing up.

Like anything else it was a pain in the arse to unravel and install because of being so stiff, but worth it in the end. Purchased it because of the new technology and no worry about overheating or spacing. Works like I want it to. Will be purchasing additional in the spring to add to what we bought already to test out.

This product rivals a similar American branded heat tape the is 5x more expensive. I made serpentine coils in my rain gutter and made sure that the downspout was doubled up and extending about 2 feet into the snow covered yard. Plug it in with illuminated extension cord and forget it. Ice filled cutters are gone

I have installed heat tape/wire before around inlet piping, but this heating cable was so super easy to work with. Along with insulation tape, the flat style cable was easy to hold in place and securely wrap the insulating tape in runs of a foot or more at a time. For under a mobile home install this worked perfectly and looks very clean when finished. Highly recommend.

There is something so wonderful about the peace of mind you get with the easy installation of this product. The light on the plugin lets you know you are all good and IT'S WORKING! JUST SO SIMPLE AND RELIABLE! I put this on my mobilehome waterline and it is WONDERFUL!!

Broken pipes can be a nuisance or a disaster. They can destroy a house or building. With just a little bit of prevention, you can avoid such a catastrophe. Wrap this around your exposed water pipes and it will heat them just enough to prevent them from freezing when the weather turns cold. It is easy to do, and it prevents so much trouble. Nice product.
