I was extremely disappointed with my first purchase. I contacted the company and was asked to send a video of the tool in question, so I sent photos. I received a note back to accept a 10% discount and the did not repair my issue. The company then decided to replace tool and now I have what was expected and I'm happy. I will use this company again for my next purchase. Thanks to all!!

work on a pice its good i have not realy need it but i allways whanted one
