Easy to assemble. Appears to be sturdy although we have not had an opportunity to use it yet. Time will tell in that area.

We like the grate, however the legs were to long for our outdoor fire pit so we had to cut them in half and then reassemble. After that it worked great. It was the perfect fit in diameter for our pit.
