It was a big hit at the graduation party and future parties I am sure!! It is hot in AZ so any slushy drink is most welcomed!! Worked great, even in the hot weather outside under a covered patio!! Thank you!!

Easy to put together. It came with a few dents and one of the slushy compartments was broken but the company quickly sent new.

Emailed 5 times called number 15 time I have purchased 15 of these machines. I cannot get any to email me back or call me. I need parts for two of the units. I don't think you should buy these unit because if they break down you are on your own. This company should not be selling equipment if they cannot support there products when they are broken and still under warranty.

Unit does not Freeze margarita mix at all. The unit barely get cold on all settings. Need replacement thank you

Feedback: Instructions were minimal/inadequate product manual with no download option or self-serve videos, no one answered the phone number listed when we had issues, no immediate product support when there was a failure - had to message through FaceBook and wait, troubleshooting requires sending videos and waiting for written response/videos, to list a few. One of the motors failed after 3 days of use. The product delivers good slushy when it works but unlikely to support a small business serving slushies daily. Would recommend spending more on another product with better reviews and service.
