Great for the pool
This works great for the pool. Installed on the deck to climb in and out, very sturdy, heavy duty, better then the cheap aluminum and plastic ladders.

The ladder is sturdy and well built. But, here it comes, don’t use it for salt water. The whole thing is bubbling. Aluminum and salt don’t mix. I have a salt water pool filtration

Ladder works. Was a little bent when I received it but it was fine. Used on my boat dock and wide steps were a big improvement. Only one season use so far. Wish I had purchase the 5 step flip up ladder, but they were not in stock

Better than expected
Bought this 5-step after buying the 4-step. Wanted a longer ladder and was really impressed with the 4-step, this was a no brainier. The sandblasted finish is unnecessary and a little too rough. Strong. Clean design. Secure mounting. Would buy again, and again.

Very well built and super easy to put together. I bought the five step, and screwed into my dock, which was trex so I went underneath and pre-drilled a weather treated piece of 2 x 4 underneath to screw the clamps into and that worked well. Very lightweight and easy to remove and attach.

Good Value
It is a little clunky to assemble. In addition, I went out and bought locking nuts with the fiberglass/plastic since it only came with the nuts and no lock washers. I thought with the weight the unit must hold up, locking nuts were needed. My only regret is I would have purchased the four(4) step unit vs. the three(3) step. Why? My old ladder was only a three(3) step but the steps were slightly further apart. Hence, this one you have to reach up further to reach the bottom step.

Quality dock ladder, easy assembly
This is a simple, quality dock ladder. The top of our pier is about 18" out of the water so we went with the 5-step model, glad we did as it's perfect for climbing at that depth. Side frame has good welds, rungs are strong, and both have a nice rough finish that is non-slip. Rubber grip pads are thick with quality self-adhesive. All hardware was stainless and high end. Would have preferred more flat washers so I could have used one on the top and bottom of each bolt to keep bolts heads from sinking into rubber grips on the rungs, but otherwise no complaints.

dock ladder
this ladder was easy to install on our concrete dock. Very supportive. The steps are nice and wide. You can easily remove the ladder if you don't' want to leave it in the water. great price compared to what we were finding in the stores.
