I have used my mixer twice since it arrived and it make's my work load a breeze... I love it and I'm happy I purchased it.

Convenience and reasonable price

Good mixer, was better when we placed on a platform with wheels.

So the first shipment was damaged, a leg was broken off, and the replacement just came and I am pleased. It came completely plastic wrapped and with no visible damage. It is relatively quite while running though it was a little noisier on the highest setting. So far so good, if any changes I will update my review.

This works for my pizza dough pretty well. The transmission is a little on the rough side when changing speeds. but compared to much more expensive mixers this one is great bang for the buck.

I bought it a year ago and the hook and the trowel broke, I don't know where to buy them

This company Happy Buy has amazing customer service. I purchased the 15qt mixer. The bowl and handle were damaged during shipping. I contacted the seller., send them pictures of the damage. I expected Happybuy to send me the replacements parts. Instead they shipped me another entire mixer free of charge. I could see that the second one was slightly used or maybe refurbished. But who cares. With the help of a metal vice and hammer, I was able to eventually bang out the crooked handle. I can live with a dented bowl. Either way it was an enormous generous gesture that will help my business to grow. Thank you so much Happybuy. You gained a customer for life. Sonia
