Came in good time and no damage. Great deal for the price. I put it on my Allis Chalmers rough terrain forklift and it fits great! has plenty of bolt holes to fit different mounting patterns.

Comfortable seat, but not 100% universal
I mounted this seat on a cub cadet riding mower, and had to adapt the 6" x 5" mower bolt pattern to the mounting options on the seat using 1/4" x 1.5" bar stock. Important to note that the mounting points on the seat are M8x1.25, NOT 5/16"-18, this caused significant distress when I used the wrong bolts.

Fit.
The seat seams to be well made. None of the mounting holes matched the mounting plate so I had to drill holes in the mounting plate to install the seat, luckily I have a drill press, using a hand drill would have been much harder.

Can not find it in the stores
Haven't installed on tractor yet, but amazed at the predrilled and tapped holes on bottom of seat. this seat is taller in the back than original seat hopfully more back support.
