This is a great solid machine. Too bad the one we got didn't really work out for us. Seller was quick to take care of the issue. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

It feels great, stainless steel tub,etc. but this is a horrible product. I followed the directions exactly. The machine never worked properly and always sounded as if it was grinding. It finally broke the main spring after approximately 1.5 months of use. The directions are not written well. The large spring that broke isn鈥檛 even shown on the internal structure diagrams. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

WOW! I was not expecting a heavy duty machine and so was pleasantly surprised. Before using the 1st time, I lubricated the piston with hemp seed oil, since the products we are dispensing all contain hemp seed oil. I clean the machine after each use and expect it will last many years of heavy use.

The machine came with a reasonable amount of spare parts. The handle was too tight. I followed the instructions in the manual and added oil to the designated part. It loosened the tightness. It works perfectly.
