This is a great automatic chicken coop door. It is very reliable. The only thing I need to address is on cold nights in MN, the following morning the door tends to stay closed because any moisture that was in the door or opening mechanism froze it shut. But all I have to to is go out and push the button and it will manually open. Other that that, it works great all the time! Opens and closes automatically every morning and evening. I'm happy with this purchase!

I should have got this door years ago, no more having to close up the coop at night, I was wondering if it would work in cold ohio winter's ? Well we had about 3 weeks of single digits and lower at night. The auto door preformed flawlessly couldn't be happier and for the price can't go wrong!

Love this product!! The battery life lasts a long time and you can set the times to open and close! Easy to install and easy to set up the schedule! Big enough opening for even my larger chickens. The safety feature doesn't work very well but overall its a great product.

I put a lot of effort into reviewing automatic coop doors before I bought this one and am happy with this one so far. It definitely had the overall best features with a lower price tag. It's super easy to install, and the auto door works perfectly. I like the optional timer/light programming on both opening and closing. The only 2 items of concern are 1) the safety sensor on the door is pressure activated and I thought it took a lot of pressure to stop the door from closing and 2) there is a thin channel on the bottom of the frame, that the door goes down into. It seems to get filled with debris. The door still closes fine but wondering if this will become an issue in the winter. Batteries installed for 6 weeks now and they seem to be just fine. Again, winter will be harder on batteries so we'll see how they do. Overall, really happy so far.

I've had this door for about a month now. It is made of quality materials and was easy to install. When I tested it prior to mounting, it worked great, but when installed it I could tell the motor was struggling with opening the door. The gear wheel that opens and closed the door extended beyond the mounting surface so that it was rubbing against the wood of the chicken coop. I cut a notch for the wheel to operate freely and it's worked perfectly since. It was easy to program, and had several options that allows you to customize the operation of the door unit. I'm really pleased with this purchase. I have two automatic chicken doors, and if the other one ever needs replacing, I will replace it with this Vevor chicken door.

Love this door! We no longer have to worry about getting up early in the morning to let the chickens out or being home by a certain time at night to make sure they are safely closed up. This is battery operated but does come with wires if you want to connect it to a power source. We tested it in the house to make sure it would open and close as expected before installing it and now that it is on the coop it has made being a chicken caretaker so much easier. We still check it periodically to make sure it is working as we are not sure how long the batteries will last but it has been working for about a month like a charm. We plan on getting a second one because our coop has two entrances.

I purchased this chicken door as an open/damaged box. I couldn't be happier. Other than the clock drift (it loses around 15 minutes per month), it has been performing perfectly for the past two months.
