Excellent replacements! These are well made and of good quality. The dampers are made of plastic, durable, and are easy to open/close as needed. These comes in multiple sizes and pretty much cover all the various sizes in my home.

We liked them a lot, the color matches the wooden floor. They are sturdy; when we step on them, they don't bend, and above all, you don't need installation with screws, you just place them in the gap and that's it.

My floor registers in my older home are not yhe standard size to be easily replaced. This style came in a variety of sizes. It fit perfectly and looks great. So much nicer than the basic louver ones. Top is a nice brushed nickel finish that matches my other fixtures. The slide button to open and close the register works easily.
