I ordered several different register booster fans for use in the up and downstairs small bedrooms in my home. They are all on the same side of the house and share 2 common duct systems. They also get extra warm in the summer, and also cooler at night in the winter. Instead of adjusting the temperature of the whole house to make these rooms comfortable (or do expensive air duct repairs), I decided to try register booster fans in these rooms. My research indicates this may be a good solution and also allow us to adjust the individual room temperatures. I developed criteria to evaluate their function, ventilation boost, and noise levels (to not disturb anyone sleeping). The function tests simply verifies that the fan temperature are easily controlled as specified in the user manual. Ventilation is subjectively judged at a distance of 5 feet with the at fan maximum and middle settings. The noise levels are tested with an app (OpenNoise meter) on my phone, and the noise criteria is below 35dbA at a distance of about 5 feet (like a soft whisper). Installation of this booster fan is quite easy if you have a 4X10 inch register duct. Then you simply plug the power adapter in a nearby wall outlet. It can be either operated manually or via the included remote. This register booster fan, with remote control, from the VEVOR Store did meet all of my criteria. It is a fairly quiet fan and came in at about 30 dbA at max fan speed. This register fan has typical features for this category. It does appear to provide adequate airflow, and all of the basic booster fan features, including a remote control. I was a bit surprised that the temperature range went all the way from 32 up to 140 degrees F, but that represents duct temperatures - not the room temperature, It also has 2 holes for fastening it to a wall or ceiling duct, I consider this booster fan to be a decent value for the price. Works as advertised. Although I wish it had a little more airflow, but I understand why it doesn't. We use it in one of our cold rooms to boost the airflow and even after the furnace shuts off, this continues to suck some hot air into the room that is remaining in the vents

Thus is the third one ordered. They work rather well. The programming is simple once you figure out the temp with the air/heat running and the temp to set the fan to come on at. I installed them in my sons room as it's an upstairs pitched roof room so it gets pretty warm on summer days. I am hoping it helps with pulling the cool air from the vents. So far, my son stated he noticed a different with how quickly the room cools. Definetly recommend them

This works great and really helped to warm up a room at the farthest part of the house much more. It's a little loud at the highest fan speed setting (10) if the room is very quiet, but I set it to the fan speed of 5 instead and it's perfectly acceptable noise level even when the room is very quiet. Overall works great.

The Vevor register booster fan has improved the air flow from the floor register in this room, that is completely across the house from our HVAC unit. The unit fit right into the existing ductwork, but keep in mind that it is powered by AC, so have a power outlet or source in the area, so it can be plugged in. The power cord is very long. The user manual is printed and very thorough for set up, programming, and general uses. I really like the remote control features. When the fan is running, even at its highest speed, the sound is barely noticeable, just a gentle hum. It cycles on and off with the temperature control settings and air flows of your heating or cooling unit. This unit does a good job and meets my need of better air flow in this often colder/hotter room!

Super easy to use & work the buttons & remote. The instructions in the book it comes with were done extremely well. This is very good quality. Very durable. It works really good. My vents don’t blow that hard so this is a game changer. There is a fan setting, a cool setting & a heat setting but it doesn’t mean it blows air like an AC unit or heat like a heater. What it means is that in summer you use the cool or fan setting and in winter you use the heat setting. The temperature gauge in the vent fan will show you what temperature the air is that is coming through it from the furnace or unit from your house. Great value & VERY QUIET!!! On the lower setting you almost can’t hear it at all. On 7-10 it gets a tad louder but it’s still extremely quiet. Nothing like a box fan or anything. Air flow is amazing!! This thing is a life saver. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Very long cord. Works amazing. Amazing quality. You can’t beat it. Having a remote makes it even better. It’s absolutely perfect. No issues with it at all.

Decent build quality. The edges around the screw holes are sharp. The Fan display is a bit confusing it says 10 Fan But really its 1-10 speeds 10 being the fastest I thought the fan was at 10% It does have a remote and a power line. These are 12v 2a so decently strong 120mm computer fans basically. overall would recommend.

This booster has helped to bring some more airflow to the room farthest from our furnace. At low to medium speeds, the 92mm fans are reasonably quiet, but there is a slight hissing/rattling audible from the ball bearings. A high speeds, the fans are fairly loud, both from the air turbulence and motor noise. Installation is straightforward, provided that your register cutout is at least 9.8\" x 3.9\" in size. You'll need an AC outlet nearby for the power adapter, which supplies 12V to the booster. The cord is long, but it would've been nice if it was white, instead of black, to blend in better visually. The controls are easy enough to use after reading the instructions. You can set the booster to run either continuously or automatically when heating/cooling cycles are detected. The display turns off after a while, so it won't light up the room and keep you awake at night. All in all, I'm satisfied with the booster. It could be quieter but does improve the heating/cooling in our room. Of course, every HVAC system/situation is different, so results may vary.

Awesome product from vevor I'm convinced vevor just makes anything and everything. This register booster works amazing its powerful yet quiet and functions perfectly. I have a back room that lacks the needed flow to provide heat so it's always cold, with the help of this booster I can now feel the heat in the back office and makes working in there bearable again. 5 stars here ***** highly recommended. really like the fact that I can control the speeds from remote across the room without having to get up.
