The Heat Press I ordered arrived defective but after a back and forth with Customer service they eventually sent out a new unit. That was after they first offered me $23.00 to keep the broken unit. Once the new Heat Press arrived I was very impressed with how well it worked. I read reviews stating the instructions were difficult but found no such issue, there's the dial you turn to the left to set the temp which takes no time at all and then turn the wheel to the right to set the time. Pressing the bottom of the wheel starts the countdown and with minimal pressure you're done. It takes less than 2 minutes to reach the desired temp and left unattended will automatically shut off within 30 minutes. Not wanting to go with a larger Heat Press this turned out to be a great alternative. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Works well, I like the built-in countdown timer. It's a little bit creaky if you press down really hard on something but I haven't broken it after hundreds of uses and it is other otherwise a very nice little machine.
