Delivery came early. Install was basically a hot swap. Took about 4 hours to disconnect old unit and install new unit. Water heats up about one degree an hour, a huge improvement from our last unit. Very happy
I purchased this heater for my 16x32 pool- it works great! The unit is easy to use and pretty quiet. Delivery was smooth and they even placed the unit right on the concrete pad for us.

Just installed this heat pump and it's working great so far. I live in the Los Angeles area and I have had this pump now for a month with no issues. It heats my 25K the pool much faster than I expected and faster than comments posted on some of the reviews.
