I use this every workday on my commute via two buses. It's really holding up. If and when it does break in some way, I will buy another one! The large size wheels make it easier to wheel around and it has a lot of thoughtful touches, like the harder plastic along the curve of the outside bottom that protects when you pull it up stairs, extra padding in the bottom of the compartment that holds the computer to cushion the ride, etc. It still looks practically brand new; whatever the material is, it's well made.

I really like the quality and organizational structure of the bag. The wide format make it easier for me to find documents too. However, I do need to maneuver in narrow spaces moving in and out of classrooms. The width does not work since it is on two wheels. If it had 4 wheels I would be able to roll it between desks on the narrow side, so I have to carry the bag. At some point, I will need to buy a new bag with the 4 wheels. I also couldn't wheel this bag down the aisle on a plane because of the width, so again I had to carry it. When wheeling this bag it is smooth and the wheels are low sound.

Whoever designed this bag is a genius and most likely a frequent flyer. I have to fly out of a small airport to a hub and my "carry-on" must always be tagged since it won't fit under the seat in the smaller aircraft. But, if you buy on that will fit, they are typically worthless. NOT THIS BAG--IT IS PERFECT!!! I can put my computer in a WELL PADDED pocket. They don't describe this in the specs--BELIEVE ME it is wonderful for my MacBook Pro and will accommodate even larger "lap-tops." And here's the genius--they put a zippered lining between the "clothes portion" and the laptop compartment! Yes you can get your computer out in the airport WITHOUT disturbing your clothes. And the extra little bag that comes with it--WOW! Perfect for you toiletries or various electronic cords and chargers etc. The space for clothes or extras is plenty big enough for two-days of casual clothes. The pockets in the front zipper are designed perfectly for passport, plane tickets, important papers, and other travel essentials. I absolutely HIGHLY recommend this bag. One more thing--I'm a man but, this bag, as advertised is fine for women as well.

I bought this bag because will be hybrid working now. The lap top issued to me by my Corp, is a 17.5 inch and it fits this bag perfectly! It has plenty of space for me to also carry a binder, note book and my tennis shoes for when I go walking on my office day breaks! It also has a charging power bank plug, with two different cable plugs. The wheels are nice and big, makes it easy for me to roll!

I read reviews for hours and ended up buying this bag…even thought it didn’t have any reviews! So to help out fellow bag buyers… 1. IT DOESNT TIP empty or filled…my last three bags tipped over constantly. I think the larger wheel keeps it balanced 2. LAPTOP IS ACCESSIBLE AT SECURITY. You can get it out of the front edge instead of the back edge. The pocket really does have extra padding 3. EASY TO CARRY WITHOUT ROLLING. It doesn’t have an shoulder strap. But the handles are a little longer which makes it easier. Certainly larger than a purse but not as obvious that’s it’s an overnight bag when the handle is completely inside the zipper area
