Ice maker arrived damaged. It did not affect it working and Vevor did the right thing on the price. Very happy with the machine and Vevor.

Replaced a more, older machine. Hook up was simple. I’ve is fast and clean. Reservoir is adequate for home seasonal pool usage. Ice controls are easy to use and understand. I feel an excellent value for the price.

The Ice Machine is very nice and works as advertised. The only complaint i have is with the shipping Co. The delivery driver arrived at my location at 4:30pm and could not locate the item on his truck. The driver spoke very little english and could read even less. He apologized for it not being on his truck and left. Come to find out. They delivered my ice machine to a different address in a adjacent city to mine at a private residence. Delivery was supposed to be at my business. The person who's house it was left at called me and informed that it was outside of his house and he was afraid it would get damaged, as we were expecting a bad Ice storm tha night. I had to go on a 2hr round trip to retrieve it on a late Friday Evening. I would suggest that Vevor not use this shipping company again.

My house goes through a lot of ice and this machine is perfect. Fills the tub up very quickly and will hold the ice for a long time. I didnt realize it didnt keep the ice cold so end of night i do transfer whats left into the freezer. I have left it in machine over night and only had slight meltage so not a big deal at all.

This was easy to set up. It makes ice fast and you can adjust the time for the ice. We put a 5 gallon water bottle on it and it works great!

Use in the shop for cooler ice in the hay field. Has always worked perfectly

This thing does great! Easy install and a lot of ice! We have had this maker about a year now with no complaints.

I highly recommend buying one of these or one in the same model with a different capacity depending on your needs. I love this one. My only regret is wishing I would of went a little bigger. That's only because I have since got myself in this whole cold plunge craze that's going on. I need a bit more ice for that, but as far as normal day to day ice needs this machine does the trick and then some. Price is right also. It's not thin ice like I have had from other machines that melts the second you pour your drink on it. In my yeti cups it lasts 10 to 12 hours just like other ice.

Has done its job since day one, a lot quieter than I thought it would be
