UPDATE: VEVOR finally realized that it was NOT a simple leak, and they actually sent me a new model free! I was NOT expecting this, as I just wanted mine fixed. While the customer service started rocky, it ended great. Changing my review to reflect this! Sadly changed my position on this ice-maker and Brand very quickly. Unfortunate, because I was excited and loved it at first! I have used Vevor for construction many times, so thought they would be good here too. Nope. The noise everyone is complaining about is the Water Pump going out (mine started within a month). Now, after diagnosing and spending hours taking it apart with no help from Vevor whatsoever, I have to find a way to disassemble this mess to access the pump (If I am going to replace it after all). Even with this mass defect, I would have stayed a happy customer had they made it right and offered support/replacement of the part (especially KNOWING it was a widespread issue with their products). Unfortunately, I can't have their back any longer. Avoid, and spend the extra to get a solid brand with a solid customer service program THAT SUPPORTS PHONE CALLS (Vevor does not do calling for support).

We were looking for an ice machine that made the nugget size ice. I have purchased many items from Vevor but was questionable about the quality of the ice machine. Expectation, blown away!! It does take a while to make the ice, but it's well worth the wait. I would recommend this machine to anyone.

Great ice machine. perfect for mix drinks. Perfect size. I never thought it was as efficient as it is. It looked a little bulky until I took it out of the package. It was the perfect size to fit where we wanted.

Noisier than our last countertop nugget maker but works fine. One annoying aspect is that if the water level gets low enough to trigger a shutoff, the ice maker will not start again (even if the ice melts into the water basin) unless the door is opened and closed. So if it’s been a number of hours since opening the door, sometimes I find water in the basin, but no ice in the basket. The last maker I had would check the basin water level periodically and restart if enough ice had melted. I do like that the water can be filled without removing the ice basket. Time will tell if it makes it past the 18mo mark where most countertop pebble ice makers die
