I like the look of the black metal it goes with the rod iron accents on the house. They were easy to put together and install and the are easy to use.

I don't think this hose reel could have been any better the not so good this is the second item I bought with a ten. Rating you keep this up you are going to cause other companies to go out of business am hook on your merchandise

This garden hose reel is awful. Lead hose from faucet twists up when you pull hose out or roll it up. Water hose kinks where it connects. All in all it’s just a bad hose reel. Very bad design. Not worth the money!!!

Hose reel has design flaws. First the reactive force on the short hose supplied to connect to the faucet easily kinks. I tried tying the hose to the frame, but it still kinked. I had to hard pipe the connection so it could be secured to the reel frame. Next, the rotating connection is outside the hose reel and require a hose kinking bend to pass to the reel. More pipe fittings to move the connection to inside the reel. The core of the reel is too small in diameter and kinks the hose. So after $50 of pipe fittings and a special hose to wrap the core, the hose reel works.

Had I known what a PITA it would be to deal with this poorly run outfit I would never have ordered this which took 8 days to finally arrive. They will show an item shipped but it really doesnt till days later. Contacting their so called customer service you have to talk to a foreigner who barely speaks or understands english. There's even a FB page dedicated to Vevor Sucks!
